Order Cancellations

We are unable to process order cancellations. If you have placed an order and wish to exchange the item please consult our 'Shipping Policy' link. Alternatively, if you have any further questions you can always contact us at aislingkavanaghdesign@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to help.

Secure Online Payment

We accept credit card and debit card payment through 'Stripe'. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full, and authorised online by MasterCard® SecureCode or Verified by Visa®.

Product Availability

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given. Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either 1. confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or 2. retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.

Order Returns

If you have already received your order and they are unwanted, we operate an exchange only policy. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

In the case that you receive your order and it is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect goods, it is imperative that you notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all monies, less any charges, paid by you for those goods.

Complaints

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights. If goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty, carriage costs for the affected portion of delivery back to Aisling Kavanagh Design is at our expense. You must contact us to arrange return delivery. Your complaint will be acknowledged within five working days and we will keep you well informed about progress. Aisling Kavanagh Design will only credit you for the items that have been damaged or are faulty upon safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Aisling Kavanagh Design will accept returns and give full refunds only in circumstances where the faulty products have not been tampered with or opened. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

Aisling Kavanagh Design cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the Customs and Excise Department before ordering from us. To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us at aislingkavanaghdesign@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. An order may incur additional charges if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been dispatched.
